For oral presentations, speakers must deliver their presentations only as PowerPoint presentations on a flash drive (USB memory stick) to the Preview Centre on site in Rotterdam.

Poster presentations will be assigned specific Meet-the-Author timeslots during which attendance of the presenter at the poster will be mandatory. Note that submission with the preferred presentation format ‘Poster only’ will also qualify for the ‘Lightning Talk’ sessions, where you will be required to give a short (2 minutes) teaser talk of your poster presented at the meeting.

Authors of scientific papers that are accepted as a traditional poster are required to print and bring their own paper poster (format 90×130 cm, PORTRAIT) to the dedicated poster area on-site. For authors of scientific papers that are accpeted as an electronic poster it is mandatory to upload their electronic poster to the ESMRMB ePoster database prior to the congress (July-August 2019, exact dates tba at a later date).
