Registration to the ESMRMB 2020 Online must be made electronically by completing the respective registration form. Registrations without full name, complete email, postal address and date of birth cannot be processed.

ESMRMB 2020 online registration is provided by aanmelder.nl, a secure online registration system.
Registration fee for the ESMRMB 2020 Online (Sept. 30 – Oct. 2) congress includes:
- admittance to all scientific sessions (incl. Frontiers in Preclinical MRI and GREC sessions)
- congress documents
- certificate of attendance

Reduced congress registration fees for ESMRMB Members
Reduced congress fees are available for members in good standing who have paid their 2020 membership fee.

NOTE: Membership applications (i.e. proofs for reduced membership uploaded/sent to the ESMRMB office) can take up to 2 working days to be reviewed.
Membership payments by credit card will become effective immediately. Membership payments via bank transfer within the EU (SEPA) can usually be confirmed by the ESMRMB office within a week.
In order to expedite the application process, we kindly ask you to review in detail which proofs are accepted for your desired membership category.
* Please note that for the ESMRMB 2020 Congress registration fees no VAT will apply. All prices indicated are excl. VAT.
** Junior status is limited to 6 years following the date of the last diploma (bachelor, masters, medical degree; not applicable for PhD degrees!). A copy of the last diploma (bachelor, masters, medical degree) has to be sent to the ESMRMB Office, uploaded during the online registration procedure or to be presented at the registration desk onsite in order to validate your registration. Please note that for residents an attestation from the head of department is not sufficient! According to the ESMRMB regulations, a copy of the last diploma is required.

INDUSTRY SYMPOSIUM
ESMRMB and its sponsors are tracking users during the congress. In practice that means that when you enter an industry sponsored session, the following personal data can be retrieved: first name, last name, city, country. Attendees of any ESMRMB industry symposium agree that their registration details will be forwarded to the company organising that symposium.
Terms of Cancellation
In case of registration cancellation, ESMRMB will not refund any registration fee(s).
In the event that it is judged advisable or necessary to have the ESMRMB 2020 Online cancelled or postponed (e.g. natural disasters, epidemics, official orders etc.), ESMRMB shall not be obliged to any refunds.
