Late-breaking Abstract Submission

We invite submission of abstracts reporting late-breaking results for presentation at ESMRMB 2021, between 1 August and 1 September 2021.

Please note that the call for late-breaking abstract submissions is not intended to be an extension of the general submission deadline, or for abstracts submitted “late”, but solely to give the opportunity for authors to present exciting late-breaking results.

Late-breaking abstracts may be submitted only for Scientific Session Communications, and will be presented as e-posters. They will not be considered for the Student Support Programme and they will not be published in the electronic supplement to MAGMA.

Given the proximity of the submission deadline to the start of the annual meeting, late-breaking abstracts will be reviewed directly by the Congress Planning Committee (CPC), and authors will be notified by 10 September. Authors should then be prepared to submit their presentation within a week in case of abstract acceptance.

Please create your own account under “Author sign up”. You will then receive an Email containing your access key. Please check your spam folder if you don’t receive an Email within 60 minutes and contact us at abstract@conventus.de.
Please login with your access key and your email. Click “Abstract Submission” and follow the indicated steps.
After your successful abstract submission you will receive an email confirmation. Please also check your spam folder here.
You may login at any time to submit more abstracts or to make changes to abstracts already submitted until the abstract deadline expires.
