STAY TUNED – MORE TO COME

Frontiers in Preclinical MRI

Where Imaging Sciences, Life Sciences and Medicine Meet

October 6, 2021, online

It is our pleasure to invite you to the third ESMRMB Preclinical MRI Event “Frontiers in Preclinical MRI: Where Imaging Sciences, Life Sciences and Medicine Meet”, to be held online on October 6, 2021, the day before the ESMRMB Annual Scientific Meeting 2021 (October 7-9).

The Preclinical MRI Event provides an overview of state-of-the-art preclinical MR, to explore future directions and to initiate collaboration. Though online, the meeting will provide plenty of time to engage in fruitful exchanges with peers and colleagues. This year, a special focus will be on the standardization of preclinical MRI.

The meeting is tailored to attract basic scientists, engineers, hardware professionals, translational researchers, applied scientists, veterinarians and clinicians with all levels of experience and expertise, ranging from undergraduate and graduate students interested in imaging to trainees, advanced users and application experts — with the goal to strengthen interdisciplinary ties and to foster translational work.

The scientific program will start with four scientific sessions on the latest developments in the major fields of preclinical MRI, each presented by extraordinary speakers with leading preclinical expertise in the respective disciplines. Live Q&A and discussion will follow each session. A fully interactive element of this years’ event will be the panel-led open discussion on “Standardization in preclinical MRI”. We look forward to a lively debate.

With this highly interactive and interdisciplinary event, we would like to engage the preclinical and clinical communities and encourage established scholars as well as young researchers to discuss the present and future of preclinical MRI research.

Don’t miss this opportunity to network and meet colleagues from across Europe and beyond.

We look forward to seeing you in October!
