🎉 We are glad to announce that we opened the registration for the School on Magnetic Resonance and Brain Function (ISMRBF), which will be held
in Erice (Sicily), at Ettore Majorana Centre for Scientific Culture, from October 24 to 29, 2025.
🧠 The school is an opportunity to delve into Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) techniques and methods dedicated to the integrated study of the brain, its physiology, and its functional dynamics.
🧠The program will focus on advancements in functional imaging methods, exploring high-resolution fMRI techniques and a detailed study of BOLD signal physiology.
🧠We will also discuss in depth the latest methodologies for image noise reduction and the development of new acquisition sequences, which are crucial elements for research progress.
🧠Special attention will be given to quantitative MRI, microstructure imaging, connectivity analysis, and potential multimodal approaches, offering a comprehensive view of the factors underlying brain function.
