*Member fees are available for ordinary members in good standing, who have paid their 2019 ESMRMB membership fee.
** Early Registration Fees for the Courses “RF Simulation for MR systems: Coil Design and Safety” and
“Resting State fMRI” until 2 weeks prior to the course, Late Registration Fees after 2 weeks prior to the
course.
***Conditions for eligibility for reduced course fees are as follows:

• Junior status is limited to 6 years following the date of the last diploma (bachelor, masters, medical degree; not applicable for PhD degrees!). A copy of the last diploma (bachelor, masters, medical degree) has to be sent to the ESMRMB Office no later than 10 days after the registration or uploaded during the online registration procedure in order to validate your registration. Please note that for residents an attestation from the head of department is not sufficient! According to the ESMRMB regulations, a copy of the last diploma is required.
• MR radiographers/technologists are required to provide a current (i.e. from 2019) attestation from the head of the institution / head of department no later than 10 days after the registration.
• Seniors are required to provide a certification of retirement no later than 10 days after the registration. Senior status is limited to persons above the age of 60.

Becoming a member will allow you to benefit from reduced registration fees to any of ESMRMB’s educational activities, including the Lectures on MR courses 2019.

General Information

The registration fee includes:

• Course attendance
• Teaching material for the course (digital syllabus)*
• Coffee & Lunch
• Welcome Reception

*The decision to provide the digital syllabus material to participants lies with the respective faculty members and can be restricted due to copyright issues. Therefore, the ESMRMB cannot guarantee that the teaching material of all the lectures can be provided.

Participants are responsible for their own travel and hotel arrangements. When making your flight bookings, please make sure that you will be able to stay for the entire course.

Terms of cancellation
In case of cancellation of the registration by the participant:
> 4 weeks before the course date: the registration fee less 20% for administrative costs will be refunded
< 4 weeks before the course date: no refund will be granted

If less than 10 participants register, the ESMRMB reserves the right to cancel a course at the latest 4 weeks prior to its beginning. Please keep this in mind for your travel arrangements!

Is your desired course fully booked?
In case a Lecture on MR course is fully booked, a waiting list is available. In order to put your name on the waiting list of the course, please visit our online booking system MyLectures on MR in your MyUser Area. As soon as places become vacant, the ESMRMB Office will contact you for a final confirmation of participation.
